About the Job:

Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Manage bookkeeping process (using the Company's ERP - SoftOne)
• Ensure compliance with Greek tax regulation (relevant to expenses/revenue postings)
• Contribute to the ERP development
• Coordinate with the external accountants

Reporting

• Monitoring real-time financial performance
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in Treasury Management

Administrative & Operations

• Assist in the procurement procedures (contracts review, cost-control etc)
• Organise the filing procedures 
• Partnering with HR, Commercial & Operations Teams and handling ad-hoc relevant issues 

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Finops associate, accounting assistant, financial analyst or similar role
• BSc/BA in finance, business administration or relevant field
• Tech savvy with working knowledge in spreadsheets, accounting software/ERPs and typical office online tools like Google Business Suite
• Hands on experience and problem solving skills
• Willing to take initiative
• Good problem-solving and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills (in English) in a professional setting
