Finance Operations Manager

The Starknet Foundation supports the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. We're looking for a Finance Manager and Business Partner who is interested in stepping into the world of Web3 and ZK technologies to be part of the development of our finance team, systems and processes.

It will suit a highly trustable person used to dealing with confidential information, business performance, reporting and various daily operational tasks in a vast number of subjects at the same time. As the Finance Operation Manager, you will be working as part of a cross-functional team required to liaise closely with various departments across the company including HR, Legal, Growth, and Operations and you will report directly to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to month-end close activities for all crypto and fiat transactions.

• Prepare monthly dashboard and reporting decks.

• Implement and own financial and operational KPI's and project-related reporting.

• Own FP&A process from budget to analysing forecasting models and identifying opportunities and risks.

• Partner with business leaders for ongoing budget management.

• Bank liaison, payment cards and company wallets manager.

• Manage daily treasury activities (fiat and crypto).

• Support internal and external audit supervision and execution of fieldwork.

• Contribute to procurement control and processes implementation.

• Maintain and assist with company policies and compliance procedure.

• Be the Head of Finance’s sparring partner, supporting team growth and development, providing ad hoc analyses supporting decision making.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Finance and FP&A teams in a fast-growing environment.

• Experience working in high-growth/start-up environments.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience as a business partner.

• Strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies; knowledge & experience in the space highly preferred.

• Consolidation, multi-currency and multi-entity experience.

• Audit background, CIMA.
