Experienced Discord Community Manager

Looking for experienced Discord Community Managers with previous/current positions.

Here at Ark Invest, we're part of a team of global asset managers specializing in disruptive crypto and equity based investments. Ark Invest seeks to identify companies that are leading and benefiting from cross-sector innovations such as artificial intelligence, robotics, energy storage, DNA sequencing, especially blockchain technology.

THE ROLE:

As a Community Manager at Ark Invest, your primary role will be to help maintain our forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms (primarily Discord). You'll assist in organizing online events and collaborating with our internal team. You will also play a key role in strengthening our presence. You must come ready with previous/current projects you're working with and your capacity for each. Mandatory for applicants to be known by/associated with other projects in the Crypto community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Help with development across our Discord, with a main focus on growing our following and attracting new KOL leads/partners.

2. Communicate with crypto influencers and potential partners across social media platforms

3. Acquire new collaboration partners and assist in strengthening existing relationships.

4. Assess growth opportunities from a high level and pass them along to the rest of your team for further clearance.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1+ year of experience in the crypto field, either in the Community Manager space or a similar role that has translatable skills

2. Good understanding of crypto/DeFi, market cycles, and how to be engaging on social media

3. able to move quickly and adapt with the space

4. Has worked with previous/current crypto projects in the space (experience).
