We are seeking a Events & Partnership expert with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese to effectively engage with local stakeholders and partners. This role involves planning and executing events, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our presence in the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions, tailored to the cryptocurrency community.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including companies and organizations in crypto space.
- Communicate effectively with local stakeholders in Cantonese, ensuring strong relationships and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform event planning and partnership strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align events and partnerships with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events and partnerships, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in event management and partnership development, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a fully regulated exchange, offering enhanced legal protection and stability in an industry that is rapidly evolving.
