Your mission

As Event Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind every experience that defines Daos Hub. Your mission is to turn the space into a vibrant platform where founders, builders, and creators connect, learn, and grow — through events that inspire, educate, and engage.

You’ll lead the full event cycle: from concept and commercial offer to flawless execution and post-event analysis — ensuring that every event not only runs smoothly but leaves a lasting impression.

• 31–60 Days

• 61–90 Days

• Lead full-cycle event management — from idea, budgeting, and brief to execution and reporting.
• Build processes and documentation that enable scalability and quality control.
• Manage and mentor the event team 
• Develop event concepts and lineups — identifying speakers, sponsors, and partners that elevate content value.
• Create commercial offers, upsell opportunities, and manage client communication with professionalism and empathy.
• Negotiate and close contracts with suppliers, speakers, and partners to optimize cost and quality.
• Analyze results and post-event feedback — proposing measurable improvements and innovative solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in event management.
• Proven record of managing high event volume with system thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in client communication — from brief to upsell and feedback collection.
• Background in concept creation, sponsorship acquisition, and lineup design — creative yet structured.
• Team leadership experience.
• Strong project and budget management skills — ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of event management tools, budgeting software.
