Most of the best early-stage roles in AI, SaaS, Web3, and Gaming are never publicly posted on job boards. Founders come directly to us when their roadmaps are stalled, and they need quiet, surgical hires to build their core teams in the US or Japan.

This isn't a standard job application. This is an open submission to our talent syndicate, the War Room.

Who We Are Looking For: We are constantly hunting for high-agency, hybrid builders across Engineering, Product, and Operations. We don't care about corporate polish or where you see yourself in five years. We care about:

• Proof of Work: What have you actually built and shipped?

• Grit: Can you adapt on the fly when the architecture is on fire?

• Execution: Do you solve problems, or do you just move Jira tickets around?

The Rules of Engagement:

• No Cover Letters: Do not send us a 3-page letter written by ChatGPT.

• Skip the HR Fluff: We are former founders. We review your profile for technical capability and product sense, not keyword matching.

• Direct Access: We evaluate you on one simple metric: Would we personally hire you for our own startup? If your skillset and mentality pass that test, we bypass the HR gatekeepers and place you directly with our clients. If the right role doesn't exist yet, we will actively reverse-recruit and find the right founder for you.
