Revenue Operations at Crunchbase
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for the data, process, training and technology that supports several customer-facing teams including Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success/Experience and Business Development.
We are building our team quickly to ensure our customer-facing departments are able to adapt based on the new products, services, and people joining Crunchbase’s mission to democratize access to opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Translate and measure impact of all onboarding and training programs inclusive of e-learnings
- Conduct assessments for each customer facing role to determine if roles/individuals have the appropriate skills, content and resources to effectively hit their goals
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure all onboarding materials, content, meet company guidelines
- Ensure new hires have access to the appropriate resources and understanding of how to successfully use them
- Actively iterate on existing onboarding, certification and career advancement learning programs
- Manage Enablement Calendar and book external speakers
- Lead formal training sessions and office hours to reinforce training across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Business Development
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Sales is required
- Highly organized, collaborative and experienced at presenting in large groups
- Experience managing training programs, schedules, and booking external speakers
- Knowledge of Gong and ability to analyze the data, pull reports, and stats
- Project management experience
- Expertise with Zoom conferencing system features and usage
- Nice to Have: Familiar with the competitive landscape of prospecting tools and enrichment providers
- Nice to Have: Managed tools such as Workramp, Seva, Guru, etc.
