Job Description
This Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Ownership of the day-to-day execution of email marketing strategy and delivery from content creation, to build, test, approvals, and deployment
- Manage consumer database segmentation to be leveraged in targeted email deployment
- Test email programs and analyze performance on a weekly and monthly basis, detecting trends and examining CTR, CVR, Site traffic, and the effectiveness of customer segmentation, subject lines, time of send, content, lead nurture strategy, landing pages and channel to deliver data-driven recommendations for future email program deployments
- Manage email acquisition strategy through onsite capture, promotions, and other marketing channels
- Create and manage dynamic customer journeys (welcome, Abandon cart, win-back) and trigger email program to support abandon cart, birthdays, etc.
- Partner with Tech teams improve back-end automation and to launch/improve customer journey and triggers, partner with brands to enhance current content and develop new content verticals
