How We Interview & Hire

Elliptic is looking for ambitious, passionate people, to drive design and delivery of our cutting edge blockchain analysis platforms. Our interview process begins with a call to understand your skills, help you learn more about the role, and decide if Elliptic is a mutual fit. For technical roles, we will then ask you to complete a coding challenge in your own time - this is to check that you meet our threshold for interpretation of requirements and coding ability. Finally, we will invite you to an onsite interview, where you will meet several key team members, including the founders.
