As the ecosystem lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving the growth of the Assisterr ecosystem. This position requires someone who is passionate about supporting founders and builders of applications and core infrastructure for Assisterr. You will work closely with product, marketing, community, and developer relations teams to design, develop, and implement ecosystem efforts that ensure the Assisterr ecosystem flourishes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and collaborate with leadership and product teams to develop Assisterr's ecosystem growth strategy.
- Architect Strategic Planning: Craft and implement a visionary business development strategy tailored to the market, targeting pivotal growth areas, opportunities for protocol collaboration, and insightful competitive analysis.
- Design and implement a community-led improvement proposal and bounties framework.
- Manage the ecosystem fund for grants and bounties.
- Design and implement growth initiatives by forming strategic partnerships and overseeing the grants program
- Establish an incubation program to provide resources and structured support to high-potential partners that are building apps and core infrastructure that are native to Assisterr
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant ecosystem-focused content and scale the community experience to increase awareness and engagement
- Oversee our external and internal (online and offline) events efforts, and ensure events strategy is aligned with our ecosystem efforts
- Coordinate with the product and partnerships team to drive ecosystem expansion in line with the product and integration roadmap
- Align internal teams to provide technical support to strategic ecosystem projects and ensure partners’ feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
- Build relationships with ecosystem investors and strategic partners to support ecosystem projects with fundraising, product development, and go-to-market efforts
- Define and track KPIs and metrics for acquisition funnel and ecosystem success
- Manage the ecosystem fund for grants and bounties.
- Organize calls gathering the community.
- Contribute to social media channels, our discord and telegram communities and newsletter.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience working with start-ups and notable A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within AI and WEb3 sector.
- Ability to drive projects independently, coordinate with stakeholders across the company, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high quality of work
- Passionate about collaborating with developers and startup founders.
- Eager to promote Assisterr and its value proposition of data and AI ownership.
- You are driven and care about outcomes over process. Ideally, you have helped a company or ecosystem go from 0 to 1, and want to do it again. Multi-year efforts do not intimidate you.
- You are good at collecting and interpreting feedback from users and early adopters, and translating it for the benefit of product or engineering teams.
