Ecosystem Growth Manager

The Blockchain Ecosystem Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our blockchain ecosystem in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. This role involves onboarding non-web3 native builders, and existing web3 projects, launching community activations, and fostering strong relationships within the local blockchain and technology communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, excellent community-building skills, and a strong network in the Southeast Asian tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Development:

• Identify and onboard non-web3 native builders, developers, and entrepreneurs into the ecosystem.
• Strategize populating various segments within the ecosystem and onboard target web3 projects, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster engagement and collaboration within the community.
• Create and manage the reward and support system to new entrants and existing projects in the ecosystem to ensure their successful integration and growth.

Community Activations:

• Plan, execute, and manage community activation events such as meetups, hackathons, webinars, and workshops across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with partners, influencers, and organizations to maximize reach and impact.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community activations and adjust strategies as needed.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and tech communities, including student-led communities, developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and academia.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our vision and solutions.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Southeast Asian blockchain landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the product and marketing teams based on community feedback and market analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business development, or ecosystem growth within the technology or blockchain sectors.
• Already participating in Web3 and has a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully onboarding non-web3 native builders and existing web3 projects, as well as launching community activations.
• Experience working with startups and developers in the Southeast Asian tech ecosystem.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
