Your Role

As the eCommerce Lead, you will spearhead the creation of an MVP eCommerce platform to market our health products globally. Your role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and technical decision-making to launch and scale a platform aligned with our ecosystem goals.

What You'll Be Doing 

1. Customer Success: Achieve over 1,000 units sales and ship them to our future customers.

2. Market Engagement: Contribute to our DeSci Ecosystem by engaging shoppers with our research tokens and liquidity pools.

3. Strategic Planning: Deliver a clear business plan and roadmap within six weeks.

4. Operational Readiness: Define all requirements (technical, legal, operational) for a fully scaled solution and derive a fast to market MVP from it.

5. Regulatory Awareness: Understand and navigate global regulations related to health products and marketing.

6. Team Assembly: Identify the necessary resources to build and ship the MVP within three month.

What We’re Looking For

• A strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical mindset.

• Innovative and resourceful, setting and meeting high standards.

Proven Track Record

• Experience building or scaling eCommerce platforms, particularly for health or supplement products.

• Web3 was an important pilar to one of your prior businesses and/or roles.

• Success in hiring and managing A-level talent and fostering high-performance teams.

• Strong operational and business development skills, with a history of delivering measurable results.

Preferred Background

• Web3 expertise, including familiarity with blockchain-based payment systems and decentralized platforms.

• Experience running a supplement business across multiple international markets.

• Deep understanding of the supplement supply chain and strong connections within the industry.

Relationship Skills

• Calm under pressure, proactive, and driven by strong work ethics.

• Effective communicator, excelling in team collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Persistent and solution-oriented in achieving goals.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with eCommerce technologies, including payment systems, ERP tools, and logistics (e.g., DHL integrations).

• Familiarity with Web3 eCommerce tools and blockchain-based operations.

• Ability to assess and select appropriate technologies and resources to build scalable platforms.
