Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their unique needs in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sphere.
• Deliver insightful presentations and demonstrations showcasing how our solutions can elevate their operations.
• Assist clients in navigating the complexities of blockchain implementation and cryptocurrency integration.
• Provide ongoing support, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most relevant advice and insights.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of blockchain technology.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a great plus.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or a similar role, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain sectors.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts.
• A strong passion for emerging technologies and their impact on businesses and society.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency.
