This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving growth and adoption of a leading consumer-facing web3 wallet. You will define and execute marketing strategies that engage users, launch innovative product features, and deliver measurable impact across product lifecycles. Acting as the bridge between Product and Marketing, you will translate user insights into actionable campaigns, foster cross-team collaboration, and strengthen the brand’s presence within the crypto and web3 ecosystem. • Accountabilities:
• Lead the development and execution of consumer-focused marketing strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization.
• Partner with growth and analytics teams to leverage user data, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable campaigns.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring high adoption and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to align initiatives and maintain a user-centered perspective.
• Champion the brand within the web3 and crypto community through marketing programs, campaigns, and cultural initiatives.
• Define OKRs and track performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies based on results and user feedback.
• Support scaling of marketing initiatives with opportunities to grow into a team leadership role.
• Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in consumer or product marketing, ideally within technology, fintech, or web3 industries.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and growing consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, or web3 technologies, or ability to rapidly build expertise.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing programs.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote-friendly environment.
