We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture powered by cutting-edge cryptography — including Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) and witness encryption. By decoupling verification from computation, our protocol unlocks massive performance gains, modular flexibility, and privacy-preserving smart contract design.

Our modular chain is purpose-built for developers — designed to support advanced use cases in payments, AI agents, and beyond. Backed by pioneers in the blockchain space, including the Neo Foundation, a globally distributed team of blockchain pioneers, PhDs, cryptographers, and researchers/engineers. We're preparing for launch — and looking for our brand visionary.

Current Team (~20 people): Founder, Research & Consensus Engineering (13), Founding GTM, Founding P&T/Ops, Director of Marketing, Tech Content Writer.

🎯 The Role

Location: Remote (United States); Type: Full-time; Start Date: ASAP

As our 1st Director of DevRel, you will use your engineering background and evangelistic personality to lead strategy and execution of our new developer-first ecosystem alongside our Director of Marketing, reporting into our founding team.

This role is both highly technical and deeply community-focused, serving as the bridge between engineering, product direction, the broader developer community and wherever the wind takes us. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption of our technology, creating meaningful connections with builders, and ensuring the developer voice directly informs product decisions. Acting as a leader, educator, advocate, and speaker, you’ll position our platform at the center of developer innovation, while fostering trust, engagement, and long-term ecosystem growth.

Considering we are at whitepaper launch phase, this is a great opportunity for an eager individual, with a proven background in onboarding builders to massive web3 projects, to scale something new in the zK and blockchain realm. No limits attached.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Design and drive TPS’s DevRel strategy — spanning docs, education, content, events, demos and partnerships — to grow adoption and community.
• Community Building: Cultivate and empower a thriving developer ecosystem through direct engagement, open-source contributions, and active advocacy.
• Content Creation: Produce high-impact technical content (tutorials, sample code, workshops, blogs, videos, talks) that inspires and educates developers.
• Representation: Be the face of TPS at conferences, hackathons, meetups, and online forums. Speak, demo, and evangelize new possibilities.
• Developer Voice: Serve as the internal advocate for developers — feed product teams insights from community needs, market sentiment, and ecosystem gaps.
• Ecosystem Alignment: Partner with internal/external stakeholders to align TPS’s growth with ecosystem roadmaps and strategic goals.
• Measurement: Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, and developer success.

• Developer Relations Experience: 3+ years in DevRel / Evangelism, ideally scaling ecosystems from zero.
• Hands-on Engineering Background: Strong technical foundation in blockchain, cryptography, or related decentralized systems.
• Industry Tenure: 6+ years in the decentralized space.
• ZK Knowledge: Huge plus if you’ve worked in ZK; at minimum, you must deeply understand why it’s the next frontier.
• Proven Adoption Impact: Track record of driving measurable developer adoption (IRL + online).
• Content Fluency: Experience producing technical content across formats: code, docs, demos, blogs, workshops, videos.
• Storytelling Ability: Skilled at simplifying complex tech for diverse audiences.
• Public Evangelism: Confident speaker at events, capable of representing TPS credibly and inspiringly.
• Community Credibility: Trusted within developer and open-source circles; able to build authentic relationships.
• Collaborative Spirit: Adept at aligning with engineering, product, and marketing for consistent messaging and feedback loops.
• Startup Readiness: Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience to thrive as a sole-contributor in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
