Position Overview: Are you a visionary leader passionate about transforming how entrepreneurs access angel investment? FINSYNC is seeking a Director of Angel Investor Networks to spearhead the development of a groundbreaking initiative that leverages cutting-edge technology and a fully connected ecosystem to connect qualified entrepreneurs with angel investors efficiently and effectively. Historically, there has been no easy way for entrepreneurs to connect with angel investors in a qualified manner based on business idea, plan, and stage of development. FINSYNC and Fynn are changing that universally. Fynn, Your AI Assistant, guides entrepreneurs through every stage of business discovery, development, and execution. Along the way, Fynn connects entrepreneurs with community organizations for expert guidance, helping them refine their ideas and build strong foundations. As entrepreneurs progress, Fynn identifies funding opportunities based on milestones, matching them with angel investors and networks whose criteria align with the entrepreneur’s development. This combination of idea development, expert guidance, and milestone-based funding connections creates a paradigm shift, improving efficiency and outcomes for entrepreneurs and investors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute a strategy to establish FINSYNC as the leading platform for connecting angel investors, community organizations, financial institutions and entrepreneurs.
• Build and Expand Investor Networks: Cultivate relationships with angel investors and networks, inviting them to join the FINSYNC Network and input their investment criteria to enable Fynn to make qualified matches.
  
• Collaborate with Community Organizations: Partner with community organizations to ensure entrepreneurs receive expert guidance as they refine their ideas, develop business plans, and prepare for funding.
• Leverage Technology: Maximize the capabilities of Fynn, Your AI Assistant, to automate matchmaking, guide entrepreneurs through critical milestones, and ensure seamless connections with community organizations and investors.

• Measure and Report Impact: Track and analyze outcomes of investor-entrepreneur connections, continuously refining the process to improve efficiency and results.
• Drive Ecosystem Growth: Work with the marketing, product, and community teams to expand FINSYNC’s network of angel investors, community organizations, financial institutions and entrepreneurs, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value.
• Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed on developments in startup funding and community-based entrepreneurship to position FINSYNC as the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Senior-Level Experience in Investment Networks: Extensive background in angel investing, venture capital, or entrepreneurial ecosystem development, with a proven ability to lead impactful initiatives.
