At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. We are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to support the growing developer community of the Movement Network, the fastest and most secure Layer Two on the market.

You Will:

  • Support Partner integrations and builders launching new protocols on the network

  • Create developer focused tooling, tutorials, and blog posts to improve the developer experience

  • Maintain our developer portal and technical documentation

  • Engage with the developer community to facilitate feedback loops on new releases

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new projects on the network

  • Present and participate in meetups, hackathons, and conferences all over the world

  • Develop a community engagement and growth plan

  • Set up systems and processes to ensure successful developer community building and participation 


You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Developer Relations, or product-adjacent technical roles

  • At least 2 years of experience working at a Web3 Protocol or L1/L2 blockchain

  • Exceptional written skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and tutorials

  • Experience helping teams and partners with technical integrations

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to and actively participating in open source communities

  • Ability to produce advanced technical content, including content beyond beginner-level tutorials

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Proficiency in smart contract development, preferably in Move
