We are looking for talented software/computer engineers that are passionate about Blockchain, Web3, and developer experience, and who share the passion for a decentralized IoT, to strengthen our team in North America. As a developer advocate at MachineFi Lab, you will join a DevRel team of expert Web3 developers, embedded engineers, and content writers, to further fuel our incredible growth journey.
As a developer advocate at MachineFi Lab you will...
- Represent MachineFi Lab primarily for the developer ecosystem in North America
- Facilitate constant feedback between internal products, marketing, and developer community
- Act as a technical voice at conferences/events
- Speak at conferences and run workshops (both online and real-life) to introduce devs to MachineFi
- Create example projects & demos using MachineFi tools to demonstrate specific use cases, and represent the developer community's viewpoint
- Work cross-functionally producing materials and tools to create the optimal developer experience
- Write guides and blog posts for an audience of Web3 developers, interact with developers in our major channels like Discord and GitHub
Ideally you...
- Are already familiar with the Ethereum community, attended conferences, or participated in Hackathons
- Have experience with Solidity, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Have a passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies and understand how they work
- Have good communication skills (written and conversational), and you are willing to deliver talks at conferences
- Are a creative person and you are willing to travel at least 40% of the time (yearly)
Bonus points if you...
- Have experience with hardware (e.g. Arduino, ESP32, other)
- Enjoy writing for a developer audience (e.g. blogs and documentation)
- Have already run Web3 workshops
- Have already built tools and libraries for developers
- Have already spoken at developer conferences
