Role Overview

We’re looking for a Deployment Technician to lead the setup and management of Thrive’s grant deployment systems. This is a behind-the-scenes, deeply operational role for someone who thrives in structure, tooling, and precision.

You’ll be the backbone of our internal workflows—configuring programs, tracking milestones, troubleshooting logic, and ensuring everything runs like a machine.

Key Responsibilities

Each bullet below represents a core pillar of your day-to-day focus:

• Configure and manage internal systems for new funding programs and grant rounds
• Set up milestone templates and track progress across dashboards and CRM tools
• Ensure data accuracy and QA across contributor status, reviews, and payouts
• Maintain integrations between Airtable, CRMs, dashboards, and automation tools
• Troubleshoot logic errors and streamline complex review workflows
• Coordinate reviewer flows, monitor throughput, and support reviewer handoffs
• Support compliance by managing KYC/KYB and audit-readiness documentation
• Monitor performance metrics like deployment speed, SLA adherence, and payout flow

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings operational excellence and a detail-first mindset:

• 3+ years in technical operations, grants ops, or enablement at a Web3 or SaaS company
• Familiarity with milestone-based funding and smart contract-powered grants
• Experience with Airtable, CRMs, Confluence/JIRA, and QA workflows
• Comfortable reading or writing simple logic statements (e.g., filter rules, IF/THEN)
• Highly organized, data-obsessed, and comfortable owning systems end-to-end
• Can execute autonomously in a fast-paced, async startup environment
