Its mission is to create a seamless onboarding experience for retail users, businesses, and DAOs into curated DeFi yield products. 🤖 Who We Are Looking For We are looking for the ambitious and results-oriented DeFi Lead, who shares the vision that there is a need for unified funnel for interacting with the whole DeFi and passionate to contribute to it. 📍 Location remote 🌍 EU-time preferrably  🦿 Responsibilities - Lead the integration of new projects into the platform, ensuring thorough risk assessments and data-driven analytics. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols to foster long-term collaboration. - Develop and implement campaigns to onboard new blockchains onto Rivo, driving ecosystem expansion. - Serve as the primary stakeholder in designing and enhancing DeFi front-end functionalities, ensuring an optimal user experience. - Optionally represent the project in public forums, such as conferences, media appearances, or community events, to amplify visibility. - Play a key role in the development and deployment of an AI agent to enhance platform capabilities and user engagement.  🧠 Experience & Skills DeFi Expert: You bring a deep understanding of the DeFi and crypto markets, backed by a proven track record of developing successful DeFi products. With over 2 years of experience as a core team member in the DeFi industry, you have hands-on expertise in navigating this fast-evolving space. Strategic Thinker: You possess exceptional analytical skills and a strong desire to master the technical intricacies of our protocol. Your expertise includes a solid understanding of DeFi protocol structures, yield-generation mechanisms, and comprehensive risk assessment in yield strategies. Skilled Communicator: You excel in both written and verbal communication, with fluency in English, and can effectively articulate Rivo’s value proposition to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to non-crypto natives.
