Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a DeFi Analyst - candidates need to be based in PST to EST timezones.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic DeFi Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in blockchain analytics and a passion for advancing decentralized finance. You will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, deriving actionable insights to support our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our innovative platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver insights and recommendations to our customers, leveraging our methodologies and simulation platform.
- Analyze complex datasets, apply statistical techniques, and translate data into valuable insights, producing ongoing reports.
- Create and present data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Participate in the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and blockchain technology.
- Develop expertise in the protocol design and mechanics of various DeFi protocols.
- Read and interpret smart contracts and analyze blockchain transactions.
2+ years experience in web3 + impressive company / academic background.
Demonstrated experience in modeling or analyzing DeFi protocols.
Excellent SQL + Python skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Based between PST to EST

- Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $100,000 - $150,000.
