Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Community Manager to lead and grow our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) community in the crypto space. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the crypto space, Trust Wallet and have a deep understanding of Web3 principles, as well as possess excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram etc.)

• Foster meaningful discussions and encourage active participation within the DAO, especially voting

• Manage and moderate community channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment 

• Ensure the DAO understand our project and escalate all relevant questions & concerns form the Community to the Leadership team

• Create engaging content to educate and inform community members about our project and the broader crypto ecosystem

• Organize and host virtual events, AMAs, and Twitter Spaces to boost community interaction

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with overall project goals

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the crypto and Web3 space
  

Qualification & requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the crypto or Web3 space (minimum 2 projects)

• Strong understanding of DAOs & blockchain technology

• Deep understanding of token economics and community engagement

• Experience with governance processes

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tool

• Be able to create content independently 

• Passionate about DAOs, crypto and Web3 technologies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Adaptable and quick learner

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a virtual setting

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
