This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain who are passionate about helping Czech clients navigate the complexities of these cutting-edge technologies for business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Czech-speaking clients to understand their needs regarding cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Provide expert guidance on blockchain solutions, cryptocurrency investment strategies, and technology implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and recommend customized blockchain solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of blockchain technology into clients' operations.
• Deliver training and workshops to educate clients on blockchain applications and cryptocurrency trends.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to address questions and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.

• Fluency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or support roles related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptocurrency markets, and relevant technological advancements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, blockchain platforms, and cryptocurrency tools.
• Self-motivated and proactive in building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
