Job Description • Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) • Take ownership • Troubleshoot issues & see through resolutions • Escalate issues to relevant teams • Collect relevant feedback & Document conversations • Ability to Multitask • Ability to converse with Tier 2 & Tier 3 customers Pan India • Flexible with work timings • 6 Days working • Rotational Week Offs and Rotational Shifts • 9 hours Shift • Flexible to work in any departments with Customer Support
