CryptoCompare was sparked by the idea to develop a proof of concept crypto comparison website in early 2014. After receiving funding in November 2014, co-founders Charlie Hayter and Vlad Cealicu left their jobs to work full time on building CryptoCompare. Released to the public in late July 2015, CryptoCompare now represents a one-stop hub for cryptocurrency data in an easily digestible, value added format. CryptoCompare is based in London, with employees in the United Kingdom, Romania, Portugal and Germany.

At CryptoCompare, we pride ourselves in showing the most accurate live prices, charting, and market analysis from over 100 crypto exchanges globally. Our trading data, order books, blockchain and social data is used by more than 500 companies.
