Who we are

Reflexer Labs is building RAI, a real stablecoin that does not have a fixed peg to any particular value. We are decentralized money fanatics on a mission to create a stable and secure foundation for the Ethereum DeFi ecosystem. Our objective for RAI is to be a widely used collateral type for other DeFi projects, including crypto-dollars. By imbuing RAI with autonomy and minimizing governance, we aspire to build a financial system that outlives us—a money god.

Who you are

Reflexer Labs is a young startup, so we’re looking for someone who’s willing to get their hands dirty and occasionally go above and beyond what their job description says on paper. Our ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities

• Organize community AMAs and weekly syncs
• Search for AMA guests
• Memes. Make lots and lots of them
• Maintain a community calendar with various events and planned articles
• Post bounties for the community to help you run the DAO
• Write articles about RAI’s progress as well as advanced DeFi strategies to use RAI
• Engage newcomers in the community and direct them to relevant resources
• Talk with artists about creating NFTs for the money god
• Maintain docs and videos about RAI integrations and community meetings
• Manage the Reflexer grants program by screening applicants and taking them from idea to funding and ongoing support

Expectations

• Experience working in DAOs, ideally as a community manager
• (Optional) experience running a grants program for a crypto protocol
• Visible track record of building an early crypto community

Compensation

Salary compensation is expected to be slightly below market rate with long-term incentive alignment coming from vesting allocation.

• $144-160K+ per year
• 0.15-0.35% equity
