Job Description

As Creator Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for onboarding, planning, coordinating and executing campaigns with creators, artists, athletes and their teams. You will be working directly with some of the world’s largest creators to tokenize their communities, deliver campaign deliverables to community members and more. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to prospective creators, artists, athletes, and outlining the benefits of tokenizing their community
• Involved in all aspects of creator onboarding including platform setup and maintenance
• Develop and support campaign strategies for creators
• Develop reward programs and drive end-to-end community engagement initiatives
• Set up infrastructure for communities including Discord, Telegram, and more
• Develop communications strategies around campaigns and driving engagement across communities
• Organize events including webinars, stages, AMA's, and other virtual events
• Manage inbound support inquiries 
• Develop campaign tracking & reporting

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of blockchain and crypto ecosystem
• Previous work experience managing and growing communities
• Professional working experience or relevant equivalent in creator partnerships or community management
• 3+ years of working with creators, artists, or athletes
• Experience using Discord, Telegram and other key platforms & tools
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
