The role

You'll work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic alignment, build scalable systems and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for building team structures, leading hiring across critical functions, and implementing processes that enable our client to scale efficiently. As the operational leader, you’ll bring clarity and structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while staying ahead of emerging technologies and market sentiment in the crypto space.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in Web3-native environments, has experience building in high-growth teams, and can combine strategic thinking with executional precision.

What you'll do:

• Be the liaison for operational and strategic initiatives between the CEO and the leadership team

• Undertake a people operations role and be responsible for hiring

• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, and overall market sentiment

• Support the leadership team in establishing the teams structures and operational foundation required to scale the business

• Proactively identify operational improvements in processes to drive efficiency, and consistently propose actionable solutions

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience ideally from a growth or market-making role

• Some experience in TradFi would be beneficial

• Deep crypto or blockchain professional or personal experience

• A solution-focused mindset with a process-driven approach is a must for this role

• Capable of functioning effectively in a high-growth environment
