- Responsible for handling a caseload of non-immigrant visa petitions, including: H, L, O, E, TN
- Case review
- National Interest Waivers
- Responding to Requests for Evidence
The Successful Applicant
- JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar or pending admission
- Experience with non-immigrant visa categories, including: H, L, O, E, TN, J, etc.
- Experience with NIW
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
- Excellent case management skills
