Job Description

  • Responsible for handling a caseload of non-immigrant visa petitions, including: H, L, O, E, TN
  • Case review
  • National Interest Waivers
  • Responding to Requests for Evidence

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM
  • Admission to a US State Bar or pending admission
  • Experience with non-immigrant visa categories, including: H, L, O, E, TN, J, etc.
  • Experience with NIW
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
  • Excellent case management skills
