What will you do?
- Provide oversight and support for our Indian Community members within Discord
- Provide insight and updates on the Communities engagement with fellow moderators from across the Community Team.
- Attend brainstorming sessions with other moderators to provide engagement content
What are we looking for?
- Fluent Hindi and Bengali both verbally and written
- Prior experience as a discord moderator advantageous
- Willing to proactively contribute to new ideas, able to give and receive feedback, foresee challenges before they occur (within reason!) and enjoys building an exciting and inclusive working environment
- Willingness to take initiative and responsibility to ensure the quality of the game is not compromised
Additional skills/experience?
- Experience of Blockchain / Cryptocurrency
- Fan of Wrestling, MMA and Boxing
- Experience working across different time zones
