The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity to join our team at Trust Wallet as a Community Manager. In this role, you'll play a key role in cultivate a thriving and engaged community around the Trust Wallet product, ultimately driving user growth, brand loyalty, and market perception.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Community Growth and Management: Actively grow and manage Trust Wallet's online and offline communities to expand reach and drive engagement within regional markets, understanding how community initiatives complement paid marketing efforts.

  • Market Feedback, Internal Liaison, and Token Utility Awareness: Serve as a crucial link by gathering and sharing market feedback and user suggestions with relevant internal teams, while also understanding how token utilities can incentivize community participation and growth.

  • Data-Driven Content and Growth Strategies: Develop and update various content formats and analyze market data, including the impact of community initiatives alongside paid marketing, to inform effective growth strategies.

  • Content Creation and Dissemination: Produce and distribute high-quality, engaging content tailored for English-speaking audiences across various platforms to educate and attract users.

  • Community Moderation and Positive Engagement: Moderate social media and chat groups to foster positive interactions, increase overall community engagement, and address user inquiries.

  • Platform Exploration and User Acquisition: Identify and explore new community-friendly platforms and strategies to facilitate user base expansion and enhance brand awareness, considering potential synergies with paid acquisition channels.

  • Event Support and Moderator Management: Assist in organizing online and offline events to connect with the community and support the recruitment and management of community moderators.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community management and growth: Proven success in building and managing online and offline communities, driving engagement, and expanding user bases.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: Ability to work effectively with teams such as paid marketing, token utilities, and community engagement.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills with a proven ability to create engaging content.

  • Understanding of social media and community platforms: Familiarity with moderating existing and exploring new platforms to grow user base and awareness.

  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster positive engagement within the community, including responding to inquiries and feedback.

  • Experience or understanding of how Web3 works, including interacting with wallets, utilizing tokens, and navigating relevant communication channels within the space.

  • Professional Blockchain experience preferred
