Community Manager

As a community manager, you will be trusted with growing and supporting our community members and highlighting actionable insights to the product team. You are someone who enjoys interacting with other community members and can find ways to continuously engage them.

You will be:

• Managing and growing healthy global community across our social channels including Discord & Twitter.
• Monitoring and reporting on community growth and engagement
• Highlighting to the wider organization on current community trends, sentiment, and channel performance and providing actionable insights to grow customer satisfaction
• Planning & hosting events for the community

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to build genuine relationships
• Experience with community chat platforms and channels (Discord, Twitter, Discourse, Snapshot)
• Familiarity with the DeFi space and basic understanding of decentralized finance
• Content creation experience will be a plus
• Prior experience as community manager of existing DeFi protocols will be a huge plus
