*****3+ years of professional experience in Community Management, Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within the crypto or Web3 industry.

*****Crypto Fluency: Deep familiarity with crypto culture, the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) landscape, and major ecosystems, including EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana.

*****Community Scaling: Proven success in managing and significantly growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running successful campaigns, and establishing advocate/ambassador programs.

*****Communication & Execution: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously and create momentum in a fast-paced environment.

*****Event Experience: Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events, AMAs, and content initiatives.
