Your mission
As Community Lead (Scale-ups & Industry Leaders), your role is to transform a high-caliber community into a powerful engine for business value.
You are not managing a community—you are architecting an ecosystem of trust, opportunity, and strategic connection. Your mission is to deeply understand each member at a business level and actively translate that understanding into meaningful introductions, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
At this stage of Daos Hub, this role is critical in defining how a senior, high-trust community delivers tangible outcomes: deals, hires, partnerships, visibility, and long-term strategic advantage.

Your First 90 Days: Impact roadmap0–30 Days
- Develop structured resident profiles capturing business models, maturity, priorities, bottlenecks, and growth goals
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with founders and senior operators to understand real—not surface-level—needs
- Map internal dynamics and identify early signals for high-value connections
- Align closely with Admissions, BD, and Leadership to understand positioning, pipeline, and member expectations
- Begin identifying gaps in current programming and ecosystem access
31–60 Days
- Start facilitating targeted, high-quality introductions based on validated resident needs
- Actively support founders with relevant opportunities, insights, and connections that move their business forward
- Design and pilot curated formats focused on real business challenges and opportunities
- Begin building and activating relationships with key external ecosystem players
- Share structured insights with Admissions and BD to improve resident fit and strategic alignment
61–90 Days
- Refine resident profiling into a dynamic, continuously updated intelligence system
- Establish a repeatable matchmaking engine with clear tracking of outcomes and value creation
- Strengthen ownership of resident success by proactively driving opportunities and long-term engagement
- Scale and iterate high-impact, senior-level formats that consistently deliver measurable value
- Expand and deepen the external ecosystem to unlock higher-quality partnerships and opportunities
- Embed community insights into core company decisions across Admissions, BD, and Leadership
How You’ll Contribute
- Build structured, high-context profiles for each resident to deeply understand their business and strategic priorities
- Translate insights into actionable opportunities: partnerships, hires, deals, visibility, and ecosystem access
- Proactively facilitate high-value introductions across founders, operators, investors, and partners
- Track and evaluate the impact of connections to ensure real outcomes are generated
- Act as a trusted relationship owner for senior members, ensuring long-term engagement and retention
- Design and execute curated, senior-level formats that deliver meaningful business value
- Identify ecosystem gaps and co-create new initiatives to address them
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and industry connectors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Admissions, Events, and Leadership
- Continuously elevate the quality, intentionality, and strategic depth of the community
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in community building, partnerships, ecosystem development, or senior relationship management
- Strong understanding of scale-up and mature company needs: growth, partnerships, hiring, and market expansion
- Proven ability to create value through strategic introductions and ecosystem facilitation
- Experience working closely with founders, senior operators, investors, or industry leaders
- Ability to quickly build trust and establish credibility with high-level stakeholders
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience designing or running high-value, senior-facing formats or communities
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Existing Dubai ecosystem network is a strong plus
- Experience in Web3, AI, or private/invite-only communities is a plus
