Community Growth Specialist

As a Community Growth Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing content strategies that drive growth and enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Japanese crypto market. You will create high-quality, culturally relevant content that resonates with both novice and experienced crypto users, fostering trust and long-term relationships with our community. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the local crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to the Japanese market, focusing on brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across various channels (website, blogs, social media, email, webinars, livestreams, etc.).
• Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, tutorials, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content that resonates with our target audience (crypto enthusiasts, investors, developers, etc.) in Japan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design) to ensure content aligns with overall growth objectives, product updates, and user needs.

Community Engagement & Education:

• Create educational content that simplifies complex crypto and blockchain concepts for users at all experience levels, enhancing their understanding and trust in our products.
• Actively engage with the community by participating in relevant Japanese crypto forums, Discord channels, and social media platforms.
• Support the development of interactive content such as quizzes, infographics, videos, and podcasts to boost user interaction and education.

Growth Campaigns & Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to design and implement content-driven campaigns that attract new users, drive engagement, and retain existing users.
• Utilize content to drive traffic to product landing pages, educational resources, and calls to action.
• Partner with local influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and industry experts to co-create content that enhances brand awareness and credibility in the Japanese market.

• 4+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or blockchain industry.
• Proven track record of writing and optimizing content that drives growth, user engagement, and retention, with a strong focus on the Japanese audience.
• Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 concepts is essential; experience within the Japanese crypto space is highly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging for the Japanese audience.
• Familiarity with popular Japanese social media platforms (Twitter, LINE, Discord, etc.) and how to leverage them for growth and community engagement.
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of trends, with the ability to adapt content strategies as needed.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
