About This Role:

The Community Growth Associate is an important part of the Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing social media and community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, build trust, cultivate positive sentiment, and grow the Binance.US community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling content and building communities, as well as strong communication skills and a growth mindset. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives

• Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Discord

• Manage and grow followers across social media platforms

• Design and implement strategies to boost community engagement, activation, and retention

• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments/messages, and support community health

• Gather community feedback and insights to share with internal teams (Product, CX, etc.)

• Launch community growth campaigns, including referral and incentive programs

• Design and execute ROI-positive co-marketing campaigns

• Identify collaboration opportunities and support with outreach to partners, creators, and influencers

• Manage Angel Ambassador Program and affiliate relationships

• Monitor industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement

• Assist in organizing virtual and IRL community events (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, meetups, etc.)

• Track and analyze community growth metrics, deliver weekly reports with actionable insights

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media, community management and/or content marketing

• Passion for social media and community building, particularly in the web3/crypto, gaming, and/or fintech/financial services space

• Strong understanding and familiarity with various crypto communities across platforms

• Strategic thinker with proven experience running community campaigns and growth initiatives

• Must be a creative idea generator, capable of conceptualizing and pitching innovative strategies, as well as executing on those plans

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, user-facing content that reflects Binance.US's brand voice, values, and aesthetic

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward

• Web3-native and up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments

• Bonus: substantial following and KOL connections on Crypto Twitter/X

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Salary: 

The starting pay range for this role is between USD$80,000.00 to USD$95,000.00for all remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
