Are you a passionate about Cloud Security and want to work for a company who has made a commitment to excellence? We are looking for an ambitious and results-focused Cloud Security Architect for our Toronto branch to qualify opportunities and lead sales discussions with our clients to articulate the business and financial benefits of Long View’s security infrastructure solutions! You will work closely with sales operations and account managers to support account planning and optimize sales opportunities in all key accounts. 

A Day in the Life:

• Grow the professional security services business in Toronto and greater Toronto area
• Work with the Toronto client managers and practice leads to grow the Long View business with a goal towards becoming the dominant player in this region
• Build strong field relationships, leveraging existing account and manufacturer relationships
• Develop service proposals and contracts
• Provide technology leadership and support to the sales motion in multiple clients, with the goal of selling multiple managed service offerings into these accounts while becoming their trusted provider
• Understand competitor offerings and provide input to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation
• Attend and represent Long View at industry events 

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in industry working as a subject matter expert in 4 or more cloud computing technology areas, with a high focus on major public cloud platforms. Desired technology areas include: 
• - Cloud Solution Architecture
• - Cloud Foundations, including foundational security
• - Identity Management (PIM, OAuth/OpenID)
• - ZScaler with ZScaler Private Access (ZPA)
• - SecDevOps
• - Threat Modelling
• - Data Migrations
• - Industry Framework knowledge (NIST, ISO, CSA, etc)
• - Vulnerability Scan
• - Linux/Unix Multiplatform understanding
• - Application Development and Middleware (Int. level at a min)
• - TOGAF experience
• - Logical and Physical Architecture understanding
• - Log analytics
• - Recovery services - backup
• - Software defined network (SDN)
• - Writing Executive Security reports and Summaries
• 5+ years of professional security industry experience across a wide range of technologies including: systems, network, server, and cloud offerings 
• Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions comprising both
• Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible session
