What will you be doing?

As mentioned, this position is to launch a new company under the Decentralized Masters brand, but it will be a separate entity with its own destiny and team. With over 3,000+ active customers and an estimated 10,000+ by the end of 2025, we have the distribution for an organic launch with fast iteration. Demand for this SaaS tool comes directly from our existing customers. You will be working directly with our Co-Founders, who have extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Investment & Finance, and have generated over $100m in revenue combined. Long-term commitment is required as the vision is to create a Unicorn Crypto-SaaS company. Equity is offered. Your hard work will be rewarded. Your role will primarily be to lead the development and implementation of both estate planning and portfolio management software tailored for cryptocurrency holders, ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for our clients.

Strategic Planning:

• Define and prioritize the software development roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments based on market trends and user feedback.

Technical Oversight:

• Lead architecture design and technology stack selection.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the software platform.
• Develop and integrate key features such as multi-currency support and secure storage solutions.
• Oversee security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Performance Management:

• Track and drive user adoption rates within the first year of platform launch.

Requirements

What will you bring?

Experience:

• Proven track record in leading and scaling technology teams.
• Strong experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Expertise in software development methodologies.
• Previous experience in defining and executing strategic plans.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferable) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field would be a plus.

Skills:

• Leadership: Ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems. Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
• Organization and Planning: Strong planning, organizing, scheduling, and forecasting skills. Focuses on key priorities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data, drawing insightful conclusions. Exhibits a probing mind with penetrating insights.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no important details slip through the cracks.
• Collaboration: Works closely with sales teams to align strategies, share insights about leads, and optimize lead generation efforts.
