💪 What you’ll do

As a key member of our small team, your focus will shift based on the company's priorities each quarter, primarily handling hiring or growth, with additional responsibilities in strategy and operations.

• Hiring: Source, recruit, and hire top talent; develop employer branding; optimize recruiting processes; track recruitment effectiveness.

• Growth: Generate leads, create engaging content, and drive sales.

• Strategy: Assist in defining company objectives, preparing board meetings, conducting customer discovery, and exploring go-to-market strategies.

• Operations: Perform financial analysis, streamline onboarding, manage knowledge and documentation, enhance employee benefits, and shape company culture.

✅ You’re perfectly qualified for this role if you have:

• Experience: 2 years in VC/Startup/Scale-up environments, Strategy Consulting, or Tech M&A at a top firm.

• Execution: Proven ability to push through, get things done very quickly and in an organized manner.

• Versatility: Ability to switch seamlessly from hiring to marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in automation tools like LaGrowthMachine, Zapier, etc.

• Writing skills: Ability to create engaging content for various purposes.

• Communication skills: Ability to engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders.

• Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn new skills quickly.
