Role Overview

As CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence in the Web3 ecosystem, drive deal flow, and support our portfolio companies' growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for fund raising and portfolio growth

• Build and manage high-performing marketing teams across content, digital, events, and partnerships

• Lead brand positioning and thought leadership initiatives in the Web3 space

• Drive investor relations and LP communication strategies

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all channels

• Develop go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies

• Build strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem

• Oversee content creation, social media, and community building efforts

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or venture capital

• Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technologies

• Proven track record of scaling marketing teams and budgets

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

• Experience with investor relations and institutional marketing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Network within the crypto and venture capital communities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
