Role Overview

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing Blockpact Capital's comprehensive marketing strategy, building brand awareness, driving portfolio company support, and establishing thought leadership in the Web3 ecosystem. You will lead all marketing initiatives, manage external communications, build strategic partnerships, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while navigating the dynamic Web3 landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for Blockpact Capital

• Build and strengthen brand presence across Web3 ecosystem and traditional media

• Lead content marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives

• Oversee community building and social media strategy

• Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and KOLs

• Represent Blockpact at conferences, panels, and industry events

• Provide marketing support and strategic guidance to portfolio companies

• Develop data-driven marketing campaigns and measure ROI

• Build and manage marketing team and external agencies

• Create marketing collateral, presentations, and investor materials

• Establish KPIs and track marketing performance metrics

• Stay ahead of Web3 marketing trends and emerging platforms

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles

• Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, DeFi, and digital asset ecosystem

• Proven track record of building and scaling brands in crypto/tech industry

• Strong expertise in content marketing, PR, and community building

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and metrics

• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Willingness to travel globally for events and conferences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive network within crypto, Web3, and venture capital communities

• Experience working with VC firms or portfolio companies
