Your Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Maikou’s financial architecture and token fundraising strategy across private and public rounds.

This position is not just about accounting — it’s about becoming a strategic co-pilot in one of the most ambitious Web3 projects on Earth.

If you have the passion and capability, you will be on a clear track toward CEO succession within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fundraising operations: private sale, public IEO, and institutional partnerships.

• Design and oversee financial frameworks for MCK Token, including treasury management, vesting, and compliance flow.

• Build the company’s financial control system: audit, reporting, and investor updates.

• Coordinate with law firms and regulatory bodies (VARA, MAS, FINMA, etc.) for token compliance and foundation setup.

• Support CEO & Founding Team on valuation, investor relations, and strategic finance.

• Develop long-term financial sustainability models for both token and product ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in finance, investment banking, or blockchain venture capital.

• Proven record in Web3 fundraising / exchange listing / financial compliance.

• Deep understanding of tokenomics, RWA models, and digital asset accounting.

• Familiar with audit and treasury management for Web3 or fintech projects.

• English fluency required; Mandarin or Arabic a plus.

• Strong integrity, mission alignment, and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
