Your Role as CFO

As CFO, you’ll be instrumental in steering our financial operations and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals. This role offers a rare chance to build and scale financial infrastructure while contributing to high-level decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable financial systems that align with the needs of internal teams, investors, and partners.
• Oversee financial risk management, ensuring alignment with business goals and blockchain compliance standards.
• Drive the creation, listing, and optimization of our exchange token, ensuring its success and ecosystem impact.
• Lead the onboarding process for market makers to enhance liquidity and trading volumes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate financial processes into technical systems seamlessly.
• Build a robust financial model that supports forecasting, strategic planning, and long-term growth.
• Play a key role in strategic decision-making as part of the leadership team.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in financial roles within fintech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex data clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• A master’s degree in finance or a related field; CPA or CFA credentials are a plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain financial frameworks and a passion for decentralized finance.
