About the role

We're seeking a Business Operations team member to tackle tough operational challenges. This is an incredible opportunity to get deeply involved in the operations of a blockchain company from the ground up, build and manage new business lines, and learn how to operate in the fast-paced, dynamic crypto environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the core Labs entity and supporting business lines

• Manage crypto payment operations and help develop operational procedures

• Assist with token and stablecoin management strategies

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial initiatives

• Help build a profitable company and gain exposure to all aspects of the business

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in banking, consulting, or finance roles

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Interest in blockchain/crypto (prior knowledge not required)
