About the Role

As the Business Operations Manager for the Cosmos Hub team, you will oversee all strategic operations within the Cosmos Hub team. This role will focus on overseeing day to day operations of the team, maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders etc. This role requires both an ability to strategize and a willingness to be hands-on.

What your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee operations of the Hub team, by being the main coordinator of internal and external communications, external stakeholder management, go to market campaigns and more. 
• Collaborate and manage relationships with other organizations to build and maintain strong partnerships and collaborations. 
• Manage the relationships with validators and consumer chains of the Hub. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, supporting the operations of product development, engineering, devrel etc. 
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency with the team. 
• Manage and allocate resources to support the team's operations within budget constraints
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

What we look for in a successful Business Operations Manager:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Cosmos ecosystem and blockchain industry (experience working within a Cosmos project is preferred) 
• Experience working on go to market campaigns with other stakeholders including the business development, marketing and design teams 
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management skills.
