Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, negotiating commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales funnel, engaging potential clients at all stages.
- Foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth customer onboarding under KYC/KYB policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets and support expansion.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on WhiteBIT’s products and services.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement through cross-selling and upselling.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the crypto or fintech sectors.
- Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve business targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML policies, and B2B onboarding processes.
- Passion for cryptocurrencies, trading, and blockchain technology.
- English level - C1
