As a part of the Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic. You'll be reporting to the Head of Business Development and owning your own book of business to drive the ultimate outcome of getting Dynamic integrated across multiple industry verticals.
Externally, you will drive adoption via prospecting, sales presentations, closing deals, and relationship building. You will have the opportunity to interact with some of the highest-profile projects while forging long term partnerships. This role has a high degree of responsibility and visibility as you will be the first point of contact for builders looking to power their projects with Dynamic’s industry-leading user authentication platform. Internally, you will work cross-functionally to achieve these goals and be a critical early contributor to Dynamic’s business development team.
You have 3+ years of professional tech sales experience, particularly within web3, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or fintech.
Demonstrated passion for web3, either professionally or personally, as well as an active participant in the latest dapps, trends, and ecosystems.
Extremely organized, responsive, and customer-focused.
Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities.
Experience using CRMs (Hubspot a plus) as well as Excel/Sheets.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in relevant roles.
Nice to haves: familiarity with various web3 verticals and blockchain ecosystems; familiarity with authentication and identity access management.
Own the end-to-end sales process by driving prospecting, pitching, and closing projects across a variety of web3 verticals like DeFi, NFT platforms, gaming, social, consumer, and more.
Hunter mentality - almost every project in web3 can use Dynamic, so we’re looking for someone with the passion and work ethic to methodically pursue them via lead generation, prospecting, and effective outbounding.
Lead conversations effectively about Dynamic’s user authentication platform and combine with your knowledge of industry trends to consultatively guide prospects towards the best flavor of integration with Dynamic
Adopt a high standard for communication and responsiveness to your prospects and clients across tools like Telegram, Slack, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Maintain and create well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.
Stay on top of industry trends and current events, and know how to translate that into top-of-funnel activities with later lower-funnel outcomes.
Bring organization and structure in keeping track of your sales activities and status of your book across different platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.
