Business Development Manager (Crypto/ Web3)

Our client is a global crypto exchange and they are looking for a BD Manager to be based in their Hong Kong office. Ideally from the FinTech/ Crypto industry. 

In this role, you will:

• Drive expansion of key business resources and cultivate institutional clients
• Leverage industry expertise to identify and engage target customers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and market makers
• Participate in market research and analysis, provide insights for marketing decisions
• Report on market progress, marketing activities, and partnership opportunities

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in the crypto/Web3 industry
• Familiarity with financial markets in decentralized finance (DeFi) or traditional finance (TradFi) is preferred 
• Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Fluency in English is required
