About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our growing team. As an individual contributor, you'll work directly with our founders to drive strategic market development, identify industry opportunities, and build strong relationships with various chain foundations.

Who You Are

• You have 4+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.

• You bring strong experience or knowledge of web3 and blockchain infrastructure.

• You are a strong networker, persistent, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key industry players.

• You have a solid network of contacts in web3.

• You have a track record of closing deals.

• You have a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
