Get To Know The Role: 

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join the team. As a BD Lead, you will be responsible for new opportunities to grow and capture new user segments.

• Build strong relationships within the community and partners to identify and pursue opportunities that drive new user growth for the platform

• Manage various partnerships and contribute to both online and offline growth campaigns and events

• Monitor on the ground market sensitivity to track key nascent market trends

• Work with the product team to prioritize key features based on your market and customer research 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the web3 industry, preferably in the business development and product verticals 

• At least 1 year of experience in BD at a centralized exchange 

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment

• A rich network of industry connections 

• Detail oriented and results-focused
